Hot Air Seam Sealing Machine

The machine with three stepper motor - tape feeding/upper wheel/down wheel.

In design:
1. Large soft-touch and multi-function display with high definition are chose for clear display of rate, temperature, operations and programming.
2. Sealing speed, temperature and actions controlled by micro-computer, easy to be adjusted.
3. Both the front length and tailed-end of the tape can be adjusted by computer according to customers’ requirements.
4. Tail-end of seam sealing tape can be both finished automatically and manual. When the working temperature is set, PLC is under the automatic control. The temperature fluctuation is allowed within+/-1℃. There is an alarming device for ceiling limit for safe and longer use of  the fuse.
5. The exterior heating pipe is cooled by air for less possibility of burning workers and prolonging the life cycle.
6. The tape is loosened, conveyed and cut automatically by the motor for much less consumption of tape tail section and high quality of the products.
7. Large and strengthened zigzag-rule structure provides efficient and flexible working space.
