Automatic Tube Filling & Folding Machine
For Metal Tube (Super Glue, Gel).
The operator places empty tubes onto inclined chute(whole box of tubes are arranged onto the tube cassette feeder, tubes are discharged automatically; this mechanic is optional) and fed into individual tube holders, sensor detects tube & center automatically, tube positioning unit adapts stepping motor, mechanical gear adapts motor with variable frequency unit for speed adjustment, progressive bottom up filling (MAX. 130mm), sealing and automatic ejection of tube.
